Album "Train Don't Run" available now on CD Baby!

Dave Diprose is one of Australia's finest slide guitarists. He plays classic and original delta blues in the style of the old bluesmen, evoking the sound and energy of the Mississippi Juke Joints - like it was when the blues began.

Dave is an entertaining act with an engaging stage presence who connects well with the audience. He is highly regarded songwriter who sings about growing up in rural Australia and of irony and humour in domestic situations and relationships.

Dave is a legend of the resophonic guitar and was one of the first Melbourne musicians to perform on this iconic instrument. He is also a fine bluegrass player playing traditional country and swing.

Dave's CD “Train Don't Run”, available on-line from CD Baby, showcases traditional and original songs in a pre-war blues styling. Train Don't Run features Dave's guitar and harp playing and Chris 'Doc' White's mandolin.
